(Sorry – Sold) Vintage Walnut Shelf from Herndon

Sorry – this has sold.  Please check back for more great treasures as they arrive at The Closet!  Thanks for looking and thanks for shopping at The Closet.

This beautiful walnut knick-knack shelf was made at Herndon High School in 1953 by Doug Burger, cofounder of Burger Cabinets which started in 1960 in a residence in Herndon, then later built and moved into the building currently housing the Moose Lodge on Center Street.  This business is still a Burger family business, located on Old Ox Road.

The dimensions of this shelf art approximately 44” high, 20 ½” wide, and 10 ¾” deep.

This is a beautiful piece of furniture to grace your home, and a definite piece of Herndon history. Priced at only $150.
