The Closet has an excellent example of the 1903 edition of the Flinch card game, a great find for the collector of toys and games. This is a very early edition of a card game invented in 1901 which is still being sold in newer editions today. This copy includes all 150 cards, instructions and original box. It is in excellent condition, considering it is over 100 years old. The colors on the box and the cards are still nice and vivid. The bottom of box has an interesting inscription: “Christmas from Papa 1903” along with a name, “L. Bernice Garritt”. It is possible that this name is the same person who was the registrar of the College for Women at Western Reserve University in the early 1900s. The instructions are also inscribed with this name. Come in and check out this great find for anyone interested in collectible/vintage toys and games. Priced at $15.
